LOLER Thorough Examination

Service Description

To ensure compliance with the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (1998), all equipment used for climbing and/or rigging in arboricultural operations must undergo a thorough examination by a competent person. This must take place every six months for climbing equipment or lifting accessories and every twelve months for rigging equipment. Thorough examination is a detailed inspection of the equipment for any areas of concern, to establish if the equipment is suitable for the task at hand and in adequate condition. After the examination, you will receive a report on the condition of your equipment detailing all of the defects, remedial actions (if required) and whether it is safe to use.
