LOLER thorough examinations for climbing and rigging equipment.
Training and assessments for all basic ground-based and aerial qualifications
required to be a Tree Surgeon, Climbing Arborist or Grounds person.
Arboricultural consultancy services including tree surveys, detailed risk assessments, and reports.
In addition, we specialise in higher level bespoke training solutions for competent operators wishing to take their skills to the next level.
These workshops, refreshers and update training sessions can be delivered at a site local to you or at one of our sites in and around the London area.
Commonly requested update training courses are in SRT (stationary rope technique), advanced rigging, crane assisted tree dismantling and
bracing systems for trees.
Get to know us
ArbSkills was started by Ben ‘Minty’ Rose who has extensive experience in all tree related operations internationally.
Ben has worked in the UK and Europe, across the tropics worldwide and in Australia and North America providing training, performing tree works and facilitating access to large trees for canopy researchers.
Ben has the ABC Level 4 Diploma in Arboriculture and Lantra Professional Tree Inspection qualification. He is a LOLER thorough examiner, Lantra instructor and an NPTC assessor with a passion for all things tree related.
Ben has a particular interest in veteran trees and has the VETcert qualification at the practising level.
